The studio is a smoke fee- pet free space. Do Not allow smoking or pets of any kind in the studio space.
NO SMOKING / PETS
Up to 6 people may be in the studio at one time. Please advise your clients that they are to be mindful of their children during the time they are in the studio.
** MINI SESSIONS REQUIRE A 4 HOUR RENTAL MINIMUM **
CLIENTS
Set up and Clean up must be completed within your allotted time. Trash must be removed and studio props returned to their original place. Cleaning supplies are provided for you.
A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if left unclean.
CLEAN UP
You may bring in outside props from a rental company or of your own. Set up and pick up must be completed within your allotted time. No props may be left in the studio after your rental time.
OUTSIDE PROPS
The studio is fully handicap accessible with ample nearby parking. Ashley will be present to let you into the studio unless given other instructions.
ACCESS
Less than 48 hours notice 50% refund
Less than 24 hours notice no refund.
Refunds will be issued through Square and arrive within 5-7 business days

FAQ
Mini sessions ( sessions under one hour back to back) require a 2 hour minimum rental. This allows for set up / shoot time / and clean up.
MINI SeSSIONS
Boudoir is permitted with advance notice. Note that the space is in a very walkable area with large windows. For extra privacy additional curtains will be provided.
BOUDOIR
NO nuts of any kind are permitted in the studio space due to allergy concerns. Small children are often in the space. Please help keep them safe.
